This is Temple Bar in the area known as Temple Bar. It's an area that U2, etc., bought up little by little and helped create the 'Bohemian' 'cultural' type of area in Dublin.
Part of Temple Bar includes the Central Bank of Ireland. This is a piece of art outside the front door - I really like it! So often modern art that is outside a building is U-G-L-Y - twas nice to see something that was worth doing...
